Click the Submit Event button in the top navigation bar — it's available on every page. If you're not logged in, you'll be redirected to the sign-in page first. Don't have an account yet? Select Create Account and follow the registration steps.

Once logged in, fill out the event form with your event details including category, dates, location, and contact information. After submission, your event will be reviewed by our team before it goes live.

Submitting an event is completely free, and there's no limit to how many events you can list.

If you have content that's relevant to the World Conference Calendar audience but isn't an event listing, feel free to reach out through our Contact page or email us at [email protected].

We also welcome press releases about your events. Our blog section currently features Calls for Papers for academic journals and Calls for Book Chapters.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Dashboard. On the My Events page, find the event you'd like to update and click the Edit button.

Make your changes and click Save to apply the updates. Please note that approved events cannot be edited directly — if you need to modify an approved listing, please contact us for assistance.

Yes — if you're featuring World Conference Calendar as a Media Partner or Sponsor, you're welcome to use our logo on your website. Please link it back to either the WCC homepage or your specific event page on our site.

To request logo files, please contact us and we'll send you the assets in the size you need.

Go to the Events page and use the filtering options to narrow down your search. You can filter by country, city, category, date range, attendance mode (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), and event format.

You can also use the search bar to look up events by keyword. Results are displayed in chronological order, and you can switch between upcoming, newest, and past events.
