Why Should you Attend
One of the most difficult tasks that a claims professional is charged with is informing a stakeholder about coverage in an insurance policy. A claims professional cannot just tell an insured that the loss is not covered. The claims professional must then compose the letter explaining coverage to the insured in a way the insured can understand.

This webinar will cover what a claims professional needs to know in order to look at the facts, the law, and the insurance policy to make a coverage determination and convey the determination to the insured.
