The PROSPER Act: Its Potential Impact on Higher Education and the Survival of Colleges and Universities

This course will examine the Promoting Real Opportunity, Success and Prosperity Through Education Reform (PROSPER) Act, legislation to reauthorize the Higher Education Act (HEA), the nation's main law governing postsecondary education. The PROSPER Act represents a significant re-write of legislation that will directly affect how institutions of higher education operate and their ability to successfully prepare students.
