The 5th Humanities Conference “Cultivating a Culture of Sustainable Peace”

The Community College of Qatar (CCQ) is pleased to announce that the 5th Humanities Conference will be held on Wednesday the 3rd and Thursday the 4th of April 2019. This coming year’s conference theme is “Cultivating a Culture of Sustainable Peace: Approaches to Peace-building in a Changing World.” This conference serves as a platform to explore and examine the various challenges to, and opportunities for, a sustainable peace from the perspectives of, but not limited to, family, gender roles, and people with disabilities, minority groups, traditions, religion, education, government, economics, the media, the environment and globalization.
