This course, led by Professor Ron Barnett, will provide delegates with the opportunity to develop strategies for optimising curricula design.
Reports such as Flexible Pedagogies, by the Higher Education Academy, have highlighted the need for greater flexibility and further work based learning opportunities within curriculum design and delivery.
With higher education institutions now predominately funded by student fees it is imperative for universities to develop and design the best curricula to attract and retain the highest calibre of students.
By developing the tools and processes to create more agile curricula universities can ensure the best possible student experience and employability prospects for graduates.
