Overview: Medical informatics is a tool for managing quality and risks efficiently and smartly. It relies on three types of measures, namely the structure, the processes, and the outcome.
The measures are implemented based on importance, scientifically sound assumptions, feasibility of implementation. The webinar covers the types of structure measures, the process measures, and the outcome measures and how to make efficient use of them. It includes how organizations use the outcome data already provided by the Agency for Healthcare research and Quality (AHRQ).
