About This Event
This Masterclass in the Imaging of Thoracic Neoplasms is a one–day workstation based teaching course which will highlight the application of the new TNM (8th edition) staging system for lung cancer, the imaging assessment of pulmonary nodules, lung cancer screening using CT, and the imaging features of thoracic malignancies other than lung cancers.
The course is limited to 20 participants per classroom, with two parallel workshops running concurrently. Each 1.5 hour session will commence with a lecture followed by the mentored reading of cases included in a workbook.
The faculty comprises four international experts in thoracic imaging who will each focus on a particular aspect to provide practical and relevant information on thoracic imaging. This includes staging lung cancer, imaging of other thoracic neoplasms, CT screening for lung cancer and assessment of lung nodules.
