About the Course

Women aspiring to leadership positions face particular challenges.

To be able to create your own opportunities it is vital that you identify and acquire the characteristics and competencies of an effective leader and fuse these into your own personal style.

This practical and interactive course is unique because its as much about learning tools and techniques as it is about sharing key challenges and specific concerns, and receiving feedback and support with others in similar predicaments.

You will learn to effectively deal with the pervasive and increasing rate of change and identify opportunities arising from this.
