IOTOD 2020: Improving Outcomes in the Treatment of Opioid Dependence

IOTOD conference is a key event in the European addictions management calendar, providing important practice-level education to over 5000 international clinicians, since 2001. Developing year-on-year IOTOD has delivered practice-enhancing education to GPs, psychiatrists, nurses and specialists across a number of areas, from addiction to virology.

This 2-day meeting will provide practical guidance and highly interactive education from our international expert faculty, educating on a range of topics including: challenges in opioid substitution therapy (OST), considerations in vulnerable populations, identifying and determining OAD pain versus chronic pain and DDIs between OST and antiviral medications.

New to this years CME accredited conference will be a poster session; the conference will also offer the traditional case-based workshops, plenary education sessions, panel discussions and audience participation. Highlights of this year’s meeting include innovative interactive sessions via our meeting app, including a submission of case studies throughout the meeting.
