Please note that though you need send a proposed title and abstract at this stage, speakers are encouraged to submit a full paper before the conference. In addition, all the Accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings CD and proceeding book. The selected best papers will be published reputed Journals also all the papers are publish in our website research library page.
