About This Event

The 7th International Congress "Flour-Bread '13" and the 9th Croatian Congress of Cereal Technologists "Brasno-Kruh '13.", will be held in Opatija, Croatia from 16-18 October 2013.

The "Flour-Bread" congress has been organized traditionally every second year by the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek (PTFOS) and the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC).

As the former "Flour-Bread" congresses, the main aim of this congress is to feature the latest advances in cereal science and technology. The Congress will include invited lectures, oral presentations, posters and exhibition of process and laboratory equipment, cereal industry products and publications.

The Conference topics are:
