The theme for this year is fostering knowledge exchange and opportunity for collaboration between the major stakeholders in strategic workforce planning and analytics, and highlighting engagement with the business leaders, especially regarding insight, capability & capacity planning, and actionable steps that drive performance outcomes.
It is an accepted understanding that successful SWFP is a diagnostic process facilitated by HR and yet to be owned by the business. How to accomplish and embed this successfully has always been the challenge for every type of workforce and industry vertical. There is no cookie cutter formula.
