Amongst the speaker faculty, the Director of Research from Bank of Namibia, Ms Florette Nakusera will deliver a presentation on the role of SOE’s in building the Namibian economy, Government Institutions Pension Fund – Namibia, General Manager: Operations Ms Milka Mungunda will give insight on how to align your operations to set legislative guidelines pertinent to the success of SOE’s. A half day workshop will be facilitated by Ms Lynn McGregor. Senior Fellow of the Centre for Corporate Governance, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. Also Senior Partner and Founder of Convivium specialising in evaluating and developing the performance of boards and top management that looks at addressing the challenges associated with the non-performance of SOE’s in Namibia.
