Proceedings
All the accepted regular full papers that fall within the technical scope of the IEEE will be published in IEEE Conference Proceedings, which will be included in IEEE Xplore, and submitted for major database for indexing, such as Ei Compendex and Scopus. At least one author of accepted papers are required to participate this year's conference and make a presentation.
