Conference Description:

The 6th International Congress on Optics, Electronics, and Optoelectronics (ICOEO-2025) will be held during Oct. 24-26, 2025 in Guiyang, China. ICOEO-2025 is hosted by ISTCI, and co-organized by the Institute of Intelligent Materials of Southeast University, and operated by Dalian Four Leaf Clover Co., Ltd.

With the theme of “Openness and Confidence, Win-win Cooperation”, ICOEO-2025 will continue to follow the principle of academic and international, and invite scholars and experts in the field of optics and optoelectronics at home and abroad to participate in the conference and make wonderful reports, aiming to provide a platform for experts and scholars in the industry to share technological progress and business experience, focus on the cutting-edge research of optics and optoelectronics, and provide a platform for communication.
ICOEO-2025 is expected to have 300 participants, and will last for 3 days. There are three main topics: lasers, optics and photonics; electronic components and technologies; Optoelectronics & Integration. There are 14 breakout sessions under the topic, focusing on: basic research, cutting-edge technology, industrial development and business cooperation, mainly in the form of: Plenary Forum, Breakout Sessions, Industry Forum, Young Scientist Forum, Poster Session, etc., to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineering and technical personnel, and R&D personnel engaged in optics and optoelectronics research to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technology exchanges, and promote the progress of optoelectronic technology, the transformation of scientific research achievements and business cooperation. At the same time, there will be selection activities such as the Outstanding Oral Presentations and the Best Poster Award of the Young Scientist Forum, and young scholars are welcome to actively apply for speaking opportunities.
