Submissions will be reviewed by at least two conference technical committees or international reviewers, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings.

Submission
1. Submitted papers should be prepared according to the paper template
2. The submitted paper is requested to be written in complete English with no less than full 6 pages.
3. Full paper will be published, and abstract is for presentation only.
