Publication
Accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE, which is the same with the last years. The proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex and Scopus after the conference.

Submission
A. Full Paper (for Presentation and Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be publsihed into conference proceedings.

B. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Full paper should be at least full 4 pages and at most 12 pages under the format.
