Conference Description:

On behalf of the Organizing and Steering Committees, we welcome you to submit your original research paper to the 17th IEEE International Conference on Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT2023) to be held in Hybrid mode on 18-20 October 2023.

The AICT2023 is co-organized by ADA University, George Washington University, Politecnico di Torino and IEEE Azerbaijan Joint Chapter and technically sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The AICT2023 will offer keynotes, tutorials and research presentations. Submitted papers are expected to cover state-of-the-art technologies, theoretical concepts, standards, products implementation, ongoing research projects as well as application issues of ICT. In previous AICT’s hundreds of participants from more than 70 counties have participated.
