Accepted and registered full papers will be published by IEEE Conference Proceedings, and included in IEEE Xplore, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus after conference.

2. EI Journal
Selected excellent papers after extension will be recommended to:

Citescore Track: 2.7
Indexing: Ei Compendex, Scopus, INSPEC, CSCD, DOAJ etc., OA on ScienceDirect.

Submission
1. The official language is English. The submitted paper should be no less than 5 pages and prepared carefully according to the conference template.
2. Abstract submission is acceptable but it will be accepted for presentation only.
