Conference Description:

The International Symposium on Biomathematics (Symomath) 2022 is a hybrid-conference event jointly organized by Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and the Indonesian Biomathematics Society (IBMS). The objectives of the symposium are to provide a multidisciplinary forum for promoting and fostering interactions between mathematical, biological, and related industrial communities in studying various phenomena in biology, ecology, infectious diseases, health, etc.

Symomath is an annual scientific program—held by some universities partner in Indonesia that provides main session (keynote speakers) and parallel sessions (invited speakers and participants). The first Symomath was held at Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2013, and in 2022, Institut Teknologi Bandung will have another chance to hold the 9th Symomath.
