3rd International Conference on Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm (ICMSOA 2021) will be held during Nov. 12-14, 2021 at Hilton Garden Inn Sanya, Sanya, Hainan Province, China. The Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Computational Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
1. Only the original, unpublished manuscripts will be acceptable, any multiple submissions will be rejected.
2. Language: All submissions should be in English.
3. Length: Each full paper should be more than 4 pages after editing according to the paper template.
4. Plagiarism is prohibited and the author will bear all the consequences. All papers will be checked by CrossCheck before submitted for publication, papers that fail the duplicate check will not be published.
