Conference Description:

This training will identify the top habits of highly successful HR Departments as well as what happens if these elements are corrupted or missing.

Why Should You Attend:

HR professionals that select this field always are searching for the most effective way to help their company thrive. The fact that there are employee relations issues, compliance issues, compensation, regulatory, pay and hiring issues, it is not a wonder that HR professionals see their role as all encompassing and challenging. This training will help Employers, Managers, HR and other professionals how a successful HR can be a huge benefit to their Company.

The Human Resources function is a critical and necessary department in all companies. When there isn’t an established HR component, there is an imbalance in the company. Additionally, there are tasks that must be part of all companies and without the HR department, there is a significant gap that must be filled or risk fines, penalties and even criminal sanctions.

There are many written articles and books about what makes a department successful and I wanted to share based on the compliance perspective and the many successful HR professionals who have impacted their companies successfully.
There are several components that make up an HR department. Many HR professionals may be drawn to a specific component or will be experience in all components. We call those HR professionals “Generalist” and some (like me) choose to specialize in a specific component which is called at times a “Specialist” Or “Subject Matter Expert (SME).
