All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All registered papers for ICREC 2020 will be published into Special Issue in the journal "IJSGCE", which could be indexed by SCOPUS, EI(INSPEC, IET).
