Call for Workshop Proposal:
Submissions may be made by e-mail in PDF format with "ICBDS2019 Workshop Proposal" in the subject header. Proposals should include the following information:
Title, Contents, Scope, Committee members, No. of possible submissions

Submissions
All submissions should be prepared in English language. We allow full paper and short paper submissions. Full papers are 12-15 LNCS pages and short papers with 6-8 LNCS pages including figures and references. Authors should refer to the conference submission format to prepare their papers.

Selected papers from ICBDS2019, after further revisions, will be published in the special issue of the following journals.
