Conference Description:
The International Symposium on Social Science and Human Rights (ISS20) is an international platform for scholars, researchers and practitioners to discuss interdisciplinary research and practices in the fields of Education, Psychology, Society, Law, Politics and Human Rights.Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death. The basic idea of human rights is that each one of us, no matter who we are or where we are born, is entitled to the same basic rights and freedoms. That may sound straightforward enough, but it gets incredibly complicated as soon as anyone tries to put the idea into practice. What exactly are the basic human rights? Who gets to pick them? Who enforces them—and how?
2020 SSHR will take place from May 20-22 in Taipei, Taiwan. Prospective authors are invited to submit original research abstracts or full papers which were not and have not been submitted / published / under consideration in other conferences and journals.
We encourage a cross-disciplinary exchange ideas and share knowledge through a variety of teaching methods and perspectives. The conferences provide a platform to enhance your knowledge and professional skills through interaction with colleagues and peers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
