Conference Objectives!

Research indicates that collaboration and networking brings a lot of benefits to all the stakeholders in education. At the outset, collaboration with leading universities helps a university or college to enhance the learning experience of the students’ community of both the institutions. Teachers get an opportunity to learn and implement the best practices being followed by both the institutions and take the instructional methods to higher levels. Collaborations, it is stated, brings forth the following benefits. 1. Focus on goals, vision and mission of each of the institutions involved in collaborations 2. Mutual support from both the institutions on important aspects 3. Joint research work opportunities for the faculty members and above all 4. Offering greater academic inputs for the students. Understandably, it creates a ‘win-win’ situation for both the institutions.

A lot of benefits could be derived by networking with institutes of higher learning which includes, among others, faculty exchange, student exchange, sharing of best practices, bench-marking with each other in order to raise the profile of their respective institutions, raising the standards of academic research, obtaining external and government research funding support with the able and active support of research experts drawn from both the collaborating institutions etc.,
A new trend has been witnessing tremendous support from the global academic community to promote joint academic initiatives in higher education. Of late, this is more evident in Asian & Middle Eastern Universities as the institutions have started realizing the potential benefits of connecting themselves with other institutions. This is truly beneficial not only to the institutions but to the student community, as well.

Against this background, the upcoming conference on Education makes an attempt to achieve the following objectives:

1. Offering an ideal platform to academicians from different parts of the world to connect with each other and share the challenges overcome and successes achieved by establishing strong connections with each other to promote high-quality research and projects;
2. Encouraging delegates to present and discuss their research findings on various topics of academic interest in the field of education order to introduce novel ideas to promote teaching, learning and pedagogy;
3. Identifying new ways and methods to promote collaborative and active learning techniques in higher educational institutions at international levels cutting across boundaries.
