The International Road Federation is pleased to announce that the Fall edition of its Executive Seminar on Performance-Based Contracts will be held from March 10 - 20, 2019 in Alexandria, Virginia USA. International experts representing the fields of contract management, road maintenance, financing and sustainable transport policy development have been scheduled to present best practices and case studies in performance-based contracts.
