All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be included in the conference proceedings by IEEE and submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore as well as Ei Compendex and Scopus Index.
