Conference Description:

This course will provide delegates with best practice strategies for ownership of cyber risk management and business wide implications such as third party vendor risk and operational resilience.

Day one of the course will begin with an overview of where cyber risk fits within risk management before going on to assess the connectivity between cyber risk and operational risk. The next session will cover best practice approaches to creating a cyber risk programme including instilling an overall risk culture and stress testing cyber risk.

Day two continues with ways to model cyber risk and asking the question of whether risk models can accurately capture cyber risk. Operational resilience will also be assessed with a focus on WAR footing before a session on third party vendor risk and how to continually manage risk profiles. The training will conclude with an overview of the future; how cyber regulations are likely to change and ways of utilising pen testing and ethical hacking.
