Prefabricated building development  programs have been released in 31  China’s provinces so far among wh ich 26 put forward subsidy policies . It is estimated by China Busines s Network(CBN) that prefabricated bu ildings of 8 provinces or so will� �account for 30% of total construct ion area in corresponding period by  the year of 2020, 5 for 20% and  the rest for less than 15%.
