ICCOE 2019 Shining Points:
1. Accepted and published papers can be published into International Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec,et al.
2. The outstanding professor CHOU Loke Ming from Tropical Marine Science Institute, National University of Singapore, Singapore has joined as Speaker.
3. The ICCOE 2018 was successfully held in Shanghai and we had half-day visit in Shanghai.
