ICBCB 2019 Shining Points:
1. After peer review process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the IEEE ICBCB 2019 conference Proceedings, reviewed by the IEEE Conference Quality Committees for IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
2. Prof. Bijoy K. Ghosh from Texas Tech University, USA, Prof. Ming Chen from Zhejiang University, China, and Prof. Ralf Hofestadt from Bielefeld University, Germany have joined as Speakers.
3. ICBCB 2019 will be held in Zhejiang University, China.
4. Academic visit will be arranged on March 23, 2019.
