ICBRA 2018 Shining Points:1. Accepted and registered papers can be published in International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-6611-3), which will be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus or IJBBB (ISSN: 2010-3638).
2. The selected best papers of ICBRA 2018 (after adding at least 50% new material) can be recommended to be published in Information (ISSN 2078-2489) as a special issue, which can be indexed by Scopus (Elsevier), EI Compendex, Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI-Web of Science), etc.
3. The Academic Visit will be arranged on December 29, 2018.
