Conference Description:

Social media has played an important part in creating our digital selves. How do we achieve a balance between privacy and better user experience? Join us, along with Echobox, Lobster and Motaword.

We are excited to announce our inaugural event taking place on Wednesday 16th May at WeWork Old Street.

Social media has played an important part in creating our digital selves. This has had an impact on the way we interact with each other; in the workplace, with our friends, families also how we relate to the world and our societies.

There is now a growing awareness and consensus that social media is having an influence on what we share, who we share with and for what purpose. How do we achieve a balance between privacy and better user experience achieved via usage of our data?

In this discussion, we aim to explore how Artificial Intelligence has affected social media now and how it could broaden our capability in feeling safer in future.

In this panel discussion we will be asking and exploring big questions;

1. How can what we share work to our benefit?
2. What roles do AI play in the world of social media?
