Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and the accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings by SPIE, which will be included in SPIE Digital Library and submitted for Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index Science, Scopus, Ei Compendex, ISI, etc, to ensure maximum awareness of the Proceedings.
